Modular Full System -

The full system includes all the necessary accessories you need. Thanks to its open design, it is a highly versatile device with the possibility of shaping it to your needs.

viable intact cells

Viable Cells

One single cell arrives to each PCR tube still viable after the sorting process

adjustable runs

Adjustable Runs

The number of cells picked in a single run can range from 1 to 1,000

high speed high-throughput imaging

High Speed Imaging

Typical scanning speed is 100 - 1,000 cells/second appropriate for high-content screening

high quality imaging

High Quality Imaging

Both unlabeled and fluorescent cells can be imaged by high resolution objectives. Sort cells labeled by fluorescent markers or having the desired morphology using computer vision

modular upgradable options

Highly Modular

Great options for flexibility and a better fit to your special needs based on several years of experience of leading research labs

control software for microscope

Software Included

We provide user-friendly software with intuitive interface for all our instruments inncluding free software updates

Modular Options:

  • Microscope -  Can be almost any inverted microscope. We recommend Zeiss, Nikon or Olympus.

  • Camera - Including Andor, PCO, Flir, Hamamatsu, and more.

  • Motorized stage - There are several choices depending on sample size and scanning speed including Prior and Märzhäuser stages.

  • Light source - We recommend Prior Lumen for standard use and Lumencor light engines for high intensity excitation.

  • Objective lens - Our standard equipment comes with a 10x lens, higher magnifications (20x, 40x) are also possible.

  • Levels of motorization - There is an option for motorized filter turret and objective changer (nosepiece).

  • Sample Holder - 35 mm Petri dish, Microscope slides, Chamber slides, Standard multi-well plates (ie.: 96 well-plate).

  • Container for Single Cell Deposition - PCR tubes/strips, PCR plates, Mutli-well plates.

  • Brightfield or phase contrast illumination: Standard transmitted light source of the microscope.
